Our Custom Fitting service lets you share a shirt or kurta that fits you well, which we’ll use as a reference to tailor your THE order to your preferred fit. You don’t need to arrange the sample delivery, we will conveniently pick it up from your doorstep and take care of the rest.
Once your order is placed, simply fill in the Custom Fitting form with your details and pick-up address. Our courier partner, Delhivery, will conveniently pick up your best-fitting shirt or kurta from your doorstep.
No. The sample pick-up and Custom Fitting service are provided at no extra charge. However, for sizes above 3XL, an additional 10% of the MRP will apply.
Sample pick-up will be arranged within at least 3 days, depending on the availability of our courier partner, Delhivery.
Please send a shirt or kurta that fits you the way you prefer. It should ideally be a garment with a fit you already feel comfortable wearing.
Yes. You can send your best-fitting shirt for a shirt order or your best-fitting kurta for a kurta order.
No. Your best-fitting garment serves as the primary reference for our fitting team, so you don’t need to take measurements yourself.
Once you submit the form, our team will coordinate the pick-up with you and arrange a convenient time based on your location.
Yes. Your sample garment will be returned to you along with your ordered shirt/kurta after it has been used as a fitting reference.
Yes. The Custom Fitting service is available only after your order has been placed. Simply submit the form with your order details to get started.
Our standard delivery timeline is 10 days. Custom Fitting orders may take longer, as additional time is required for the sample pick-up and for tailoring your garment based on its fit and measurements. The final timeline will depend on the pick-up process and the stitching required. If you have an urgent requirement or a specific date in mind, please mention it in the form, and our team will do their best to accommodate it.
Please mention any pre-existing stains, marks, damages, or defects in the form before sending the garment. Any such condition not declared in advance cannot be reported or claimed after the sample is returned.
Custom Fitting is undertaken at customer’s own risk. THE will take reasonable care of your garment; however, we will not be responsible for any stains, damage, loss, or other risks to the sample garment during the entire production process.
